General Terms and Conditions

Enrolment:
Along with the written booking we are asking you to make a prepayment of € 40,00 per person. In case of amounts below € 40,00 we ask you to pay the total amount in advance.

Prepayment:

After receipt of your prepayment you receive a confirmation of your program and a description how to get to the meeting point. The payment of the rest takes place at least 10 days before the tour starts.

Activity:
The amount of our activity can be taken from the descriptions of the programmes as well as the informations on your booking confirmation.

Cancellation:
You can cancel your program at any time. In your own interest and for the prevention of missunderstandings we are asking you for a written cancellation of the contract. As a substitude for the booked and prepared program we charge:
cancellation up to 30 days before the tour starts: € 25,00
cancellation from the 29th to the 10th day before the tour starts: 50%
cancellation from the 10th to the 3rd day before the tour starts: 70%
canellation from the 3rd to the 1st day before the tour starts: 90%.
And if you simply don´t show up we have to charge a 100% of the price of the tour.

Liability:
CROCODILE SPORTS is the organizer and agent along with the full program. We assume liability only in case of accidents, loss or other irregularities.
If according to the external circumstances there is a danger for the participants, CROCODILE SPORTS has the right to change or cancel the program (even after the start of the tour). Furthermore the guide is allowed to exclude persons who are a danger for themselves or other participants.
Jurisdiction is Salzburg.
