Terms of agreement
Registration:
With a written registration via one of our contact or booking forms, you can finalize a booking by sending a down-payment of 40,00 euros per Participant. For amounts less than 40,00 Euros, the full price needs to be payed in advance. After receiving your payment, the booking will be finalized and you will receive an email or phone call for confirmation.

Service:
Our services comprise the program description on our website and the services description on the booking confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from our services any time before the booked program starts. To avoid misunderstandings, please send us a written cancellation notice by email. To compensate for course and program preparations made by us, we charge the following sums at cancellation:
- 30 days or more before the program starts: €25,- service fee
- 10-29 days before the program starts: 50% of total booking price
- 3-10 days before program starts: 70% of booking price
- 1-3 days before program starts: 90% of booking price
- If you do not show up on the booked day: 100% of booking price
ATTENTION TRAFFIC JAM!
Dear guests,
the highway company ASFINAG is renovating and modernizing the tunnels of the A10
between Golling and Werfen. Due to the resulting closure of one of the tunnel tubes,
there are massive traffic jams in the area from Salzburg to Werfen! We kindly ask you to
pay close attention to traffic jam forecasts/warnings and plan your arrival accordingly!
The exits in this area are closed during traffic jams, meaning non-locals are only allowed
to leave the highway for direct destination traffic. Nevertheless, there are also significant
delays on alternative routes! You can get an up-to-date picture of the current traffic
situation here: https://www.asfinag.at/verkehr-sicherheit/webcams/ via ASFINAG’s
highway cameras!! Very relevant cameras are: Hallein, Kuchl, Golling, but also,
depending on traffic volume, already the cameras from Walserberg (block clearance
possible).
There is also the option to travel by train to Werfen station – we can gladly
organize the transfer to the rafting base for you. Our canyoning tours are also
easily accessible by train and bus – please inform our office in advance!
We kindly ask for your understanding that booked tours will be charged 100% in
case of no-show or late arrival. Tickets lose their validity in case of no-show or
late arrival and there will be no refund of costs!
Accountability:
Crocodile Sports does not claim responsability for accidents, loss or other irregularities. If, for external reasons, it is impossible to execute the booked program, Crocodile sports reserves the right to change or cancel programs and tours. Our guides and instructors have the right to exclude participants from the program/tour if our guides think these persons can form a danger to other participants or to themselves.
Participating in our outdoor programs is at your own risk. Crocodile Sports and its employees are only accountable for culpable negligence.
